The meeting room can accommodate up to 8 people.

Yes, certainly; the room is very bright, equipped with a window with a classic, vasistas opening for comfortable air exchange, which can be darkened with blinds and shutters.

The secretariat staff welcomes guests and is available throughout the meeting for any needs.

The meeting room is located at Via Lima, 7 – 00198 Rome, on the third floor, intercom “Time for Business”. The doorman of the building will provide all directions upon arrival.

Reservations can be made by phone or email stating date, time, number of participants, water and coffee service, any special requirements and billing information. You can use our form by clicking here.

Yes, of course, rates are on an hourly, half-day or full-day basis.

If there are no other bookings, you can stay as long as you wish. You will be asked to pay the difference.

Payment is made at the time of booking by bank transfer, after sending our invoice.

You may cancel your meeting room reservation without penalty up to 24 hours before the appointment. If the cancellation is made after this deadline or if the client does not show up, the full amount of the booking will be charged.

Yes, you can enter freely because the Parioli district is outside the ZTL zone.

Cars can be parked on the street on the blue lines with an hourly rate. There are also several pay garages 100 and 200 metres from the Office Centre.
