This includes all the services needed to work, plus a multilingual reception service, cleaning, utilities, insurance and overheads.

You can rent your office for one month up to one year, with the possibility of renewing the contract on expiry.

A furnished office is a strictly private space for your company, whereas Coworking provides a workstation in a share office with other professionals.

Our secretarial staff takes care of receiving correspondence and welcoming your guests. It offers general technical support for Internet connection and for the installation and use of our printers. During business meetings, they welcome participants and offer a help desk and bar service.

The contract envisaged is a Service Contract. Compared to a rental contract, it offers the advantage of being able to choose the duration, the costs are 100% deductible, and it does not need to be registered.

Payment is monthly in advance (by the 5th of the month). It is made by bank transfer, after sending our invoice.

You can access from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. non-stop. If you have different needs, we will certainly find a solution together.
